How feelgoodfellows transforms a corporate seminar into a memorable collective experience.

Organizing a seminar is easy.
Creating a moment that teams talk about for weeks afterwards is much less so.

This is exactly the challenge that a company gathering nearly 80 employees took on over a weekend, in a green setting.
Objective: to take advantage of this time together to strengthen cohesion, create connections among people who don't always interact daily, while addressing essential topics… but without falling into a top-down or theoretical format.

They chose FeelGoodFellows to facilitate a 3-hour afternoon.
And what they experienced far exceeded a “simple facilitation.”

The challenge: creating bonds… and fun

The organizers had three clear objectives:

  • create new connections among employees;
  • encourage everyone to take action;
  • lead teams to reflect on each other’s strengths, differences, and complementarities.

The idea was not to “talk about cohesion.”
But to live it.

A photo & video competition

For this experience, the 82 participants were divided into teams of 6 people.
A format intentionally chosen:

  • large enough to create new bonds;
  • small enough to allow everyone a real opportunity.

Each team had access to a challenge consisting of around forty photo/video quests, intentionally more numerous than what could be realistically accomplished in the given time.
Objective: to push teams to make choices, think about their strategy, organize themselves, and cooperate.

Three members of the management acted as judges.
Thanks to their FeelGoodFellows interface, they could:

  • view all the creations in real time;
  • evaluate the quality of the completed challenges;
  • assign (or deduct) points.

Simple setup, then… action!

The experience began with a short introductory video.
Time for everyone to understand the concept, connect to the platform… then the competition was launched.

Very quickly, the teams adopted different strategies:

  • some read everything before starting;
  • others preferred to jump straight into action;

We saw groups disperse throughout the venue, create their team symbols, reflect on each person's skills, invent mascots, chants, checks…

Meanwhile, the judges were busy: photos, videos, creative ideas, and performances were continuously coming in.

The key moment: the collective debriefing

At the end of the allotted time, all the teams gathered at the meeting point.
The excitement was palpable: everyone wanted to see what the others had created for “the same challenges.”

This was followed by a long debriefing session:

  • projection of certain creations;
  • discussions;
  • and distribution of rewards chosen by the company (goodies, small gifts… it didn't matter: the gesture counted more than the value).

An impact that far exceeds facilitation

The feedback was unanimous.
But above all, the effects lasted.

Teams remained bonded long after the seminar.
Some symbols created during the experience (mascots, chants, checks…) remained alive in the team culture.

This was not “just a facilitation.”
It was a foundational moment.

What FeelGoodFellows enables

This format perfectly illustrates the promise of FeelGoodFellows:

👉 to transform collective time into an immersive experience that drives people to take action together.
