Organizing a seminar is easy.
Creating a moment that teams will still be talking about weeks later is much less so.
Creating a moment that teams will still be talking about weeks later is much less so.
That is exactly the challenge taken on by a company that brought together nearly 80 employees for a weekend in a countryside estate.
Objective: make the most of this time together to strengthen cohesion, create connections between people who don’t always interact on a daily basis, while addressing essential topics… without falling into a top-down or overly theoretical format.

They chose FeelGoodFellows to lead a 3-hour afternoon session.
And what they experienced went far beyond a “simple animation”.

The challenge: create connection… and fun
The organizers had three clear objectives:
- create new connections between colleagues;
- get everyone to take action;
- encourage teams to reflect on each person’s strengths, differences and complementarities.
The idea was not to “talk about cohesion.”
But to make it real.
But to make it real.
A photo & video competition
For this experience, the 82 participants were divided into teams of 6 people.
A deliberately chosen format:
A deliberately chosen format:
- large enough to create new connections;
- small enough to give everyone real space to participate.
Each team had access to a challenge made up of around forty photo / video quests — deliberately more than what could realistically be completed in the allotted time.
Objective: push teams to make choices, think about their strategy, organize themselves and cooperate.

Three members of the management team acted as judges.
Thanks to their FeelGoodFellows interface, they could:

- award (or deduct) points.
Simple onboarding, then… action!
The experience began with a short introductory video.
Time for everyone to understand the concept, connect to the platform… and then the competition was launched.
Time for everyone to understand the concept, connect to the platform… and then the competition was launched.
Very quickly, teams adopted different strategies:
- some read everything before starting;
- others preferred to jump straight into action;
We saw groups spreading across the entire estate, creating their team symbols, thinking about everyone’s skills, inventing mascots, chants and signature moves…
Meanwhile, the judges were busy: photos, videos, creative ideas and performances were coming in continuously.
The key moment: the collective debrief
At the end of the allotted time, all teams gathered back at the meeting point.
The excitement was palpable: everyone wanted to see what the others had achieved for “the same challenges.”
The excitement was palpable: everyone wanted to see what the others had achieved for “the same challenges.”
This was followed by a long debriefing session:
- showing some of the submissions;
- discussions;
- and the awarding of prizes chosen by the company (goodies, small gifts… whatever they were, the gesture mattered more than the value).
An impact that goes far beyond the activity
Feedback was unanimous.
But above all, the effects lasted.
But above all, the effects lasted.
Teams remained closely bonded long after the seminar.
Some symbols created during the experience (mascots, chants, signature moves…) remained alive in the team culture.

It wasn’t “just an activity.”
It was a founding moment.
