Context
How to capture the attention of students, encourage their active participation, and make a pedagogical workshop truly memorable?
This is the challenge that several schools and facilitators have entrusted to us. Their ambition: to bring to life sometimes complex themes, spark interest, encourage cooperation, and allow students to learn by doing, rather than by listening.
This is the challenge that several schools and facilitators have entrusted to us. Their ambition: to bring to life sometimes complex themes, spark interest, encourage cooperation, and allow students to learn by doing, rather than by listening.
To address this issue, FeelGoodFellows has deployed its format of fun and participatory experience, already well-proven in companies, but adapted here to the constraints and objectives of the educational environment.
Objectives
- Revitalize pedagogical workshops by transforming them into fun experiences.
- Promote experiential learning: understanding by applying.
- Strengthen cohesion within classes, especially among students who know each other little.
- Enhance the role of facilitators/teachers by facilitating animation and evaluation.
- Offer a modern, memorable format adapted to the current challenges of teaching.
The Themes Addressed
Several facilitators and schools have already used FeelGoodFellows to animate workshops around various topics:
- The Engaged Manager
- HR posture in the workplace
- Improvisational theater, synergology, and psychomorphology
- Job search & oral ease
-
Me & others (working on self-knowledge and interpersonal relationships)
No matter the theme, the objective remained the same: to anchor learning through concrete actions and photo/video challenges completed in teams.
Experience Flow
1. Introduction (15–20 minutes)
The facilitator or teacher begins with a brief presentation of the workshop theme.
Then, the students, between 10 and 40, depending on the class, split into teams of 3 to 5.
Then, the students, between 10 and 40, depending on the class, split into teams of 3 to 5.
A member of each team connects to the FeelGoodFellows platform via their mobile phone. No downloads, no installation: everything is set up in a matter of seconds.
2. Challenge Launch (2 to 3 hours)
For 2 to 3 hours, students must complete as many challenges related to the theme of the day:
- concrete actions,
- role plays,
- practical exercises,
- creative challenges,
- filmed scenarios,
- experiments in pairs or teams…
Each challenge must be validated via a photo or video, sent directly to the platform.
During this time, the facilitator follows the progress in real-time. From their interface:
- they review the proofs sent,
- they validate or reject actions,
- they add or deduct points if necessary,
- they stimulate dynamics in real-time.
The experience then becomes an immersive, dynamic, self-directed, and extremely lively workshop.
3. Return to Class and Final Debrief
At the end of the allocated time, students return to the classroom.
A special moment awaits them:
➡️ the revelation of scores, followed by a collective debrief.

The automatically generated gallery allows visualization of all the photos and videos produced during the workshop.
It’s a friendly moment that is often very funny… but also very pedagogically rich, as each challenge offers concrete material for analysis, correction, deepening, and anchoring of concepts.

4. Closing Ceremony
Generally, facilitators/teachers conclude with a small awards ceremony: symbolic diplomas, fun rewards, personalized congratulatory remarks…
A simple gesture that strengthens motivation and retention.
Results
The feedback has been unanimous, from both students and teaching teams:
- A massive participation, even from the more reserved
- A more vivid and lasting understanding of the topics addressed
- A true team dynamic and cooperation
- A much higher engagement than traditional workshops
- A memorable experience, often cited as a highlight of their training
Schools see this format as a concrete means to modernize their pedagogy, without additional logistical burden.
Conclusion
With this format of gamified workshops, FeelGoodFellows provides schools and facilitators with a simple, effective, and deeply engaging tool.
Students learn by experimenting, facilitators gain in fluidity of animation, and workshops become truly immersive experiences.
A new way to convey pedagogical messages… and to inspire a desire to learn differently.
