Bingo with actions

The game preparation involves creating special bingo cards containing activities instead of numbers. Each participant receives a bingo card.

The game begins as participants observe other group members and mark the corresponding boxes for the activities they see. The goal is to complete a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal line on the card by marking all boxes corresponding to the observed activities.

The actions can range from more to less serious, such as:
  • Giving a compliment to a colleague
  • Doing an improvised dance
  • Presenting a creative idea for a project
  • Telling an absurd joke
  • Expressing gratitude towards a team member
  • Sharing a funny or inspiring anecdote
  • Giving a high-five to someone for congratulations
  • Proposing an original solution to a problem
  • Encouraging a colleague to speak up in a meeting
  • ...

When a participant completes a line, they shout "Bingo!" to signal their victory. The game continues until several participants complete a line and shout "Bingo!" simultaneously, or until a certain number of rounds are completed.

After the game, a discussion can be encouraged to share the different activities observed, shared experiences, and fun moments during the game.

Participants must observe other group members and engage in fun and creative activities together. Moreover, this can help break the ice and strengthen bonds between team members. By tailoring the activities to specific team building goals, this game can be an excellent way to promote team cohesion and develop skills such as collaboration, trust, and creativity.
