Form teams of 3 to 5 people and give them a shuffled deck of cards. The goal is simple: put the cards back in the correct order as quickly as possible.
🕒 Two possible formats:
- Solo mode: one team plays with a 3-minute timer.
-
Competition mode: multiple teams play simultaneously; the first to finish correctly or the team with the fewest mistakes wins the round.
🎯 Learning objectives:
- Improve clear and structured communication
- Encourage initiative-taking and active listening
- Work on stress management in teams
🧠 Debriefing (essential): After each round, open a discussion time:
- What worked well in our communication?
- What moments were confusing? Why?
- What strategy for a second round?
💡 Pedagogical variant: offer a second round after this debrief. The improvement is often spectacular — and very rewarding!
