To start this activity, hand out sticky notes to each participant. Each person should write down a concern or an idea they wish to share, ensuring that they do not exceed one idea per sticky note. Then, the participants will stick their notes on a board that we will call the concern tree.
Once this step is completed, each participant must choose a sticky note that does not belong to them and take on the role of the author to present its content. This involves adopting the other person's perspective, which encourages empathy and mutual understanding.
This activity is ideal for a group of 4 to 20 people and takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
Participating in this corporate game promotes team cohesion and encourages open communication, which is essential within groups. By stepping into others' shoes, participants develop their creativity and strengthen bonds, making this experience a true tool for fun and original teambuilding.
