The objective of this icebreaker is to allow group members to get to know each other better through a playful and interactive exchange. The group is divided into pairs, and each pair has five minutes for one member to ask questions to determine qualities, professions, or talents that could define the other's "superpower". The questioner then draws this superpower in record time. After five minutes, roles switch, and the other member asks questions and draws in turn.
Once each pair has completed their exchanges and drawings, they come together to present their partner to the rest of the group, highlighting the discovered superpower. This activity lasts a maximum of 30 minutes and is suitable for groups of 4 to 12 participants.
In the context of team building, this game is particularly interesting as it encourages individual interaction and creates bonds between participants. By asking questions and actively listening, group members learn about lesser-known aspects of their colleagues, fostering better understanding and camaraderie. Drawing the superpower adds a creative and fun dimension, allowing participants to reveal themselves from a different perspective. Moreover, presenting the results to the whole group enhances cohesion and provides an opportunity to celebrate each person's unique qualities, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team.
