The Siena pack aims to improve the MOTIVATION, COHESION, COLLABORATION, and WELL-BEING of your teams. 🤝
We invite you to test this new experience, with expected outcomes including:
- creating/strengthening team cohesion
- creating unity within the company
- generating daily interactions among teammates regardless of their workplace or role
- enjoying delicious pastries from the local bakery 🥐
- getting back into sports to burn off all those treats in good cheer
“Quests” to be completed in the real world are offered to your teams over a duration of 3 months, allowing them to progress in the game.
Because an integrated employee who enjoys spending time with colleagues will feel much more comfortable and recognized, thus becoming more motivated, efficient, proactive, and productive… 💪 🚀
