At FeelGoodFellows, we are often asked the following question:
“But concretely, what do we do in your experiences?”

The answer boils down to one word: quests.

Each quest is designed to create a stimulating, fun, or useful collective (or individual) moment, while strengthening bonds between colleagues, even remotely.
They address a range of themes: cohesion, group identity, ecology, work environment, fun, informal meetings, or showcasing expertise.

Some are done solo, others in teams, some take just a few minutes, while others require a bit more creativity… but they all have one thing in common:
👉 They promote cohesion!

Here is an overview of typical quests that can be found in our experiences:

🧰 “Pro” Quests

Toolbox: Do you often use a tool in your work? Make a short explanatory video for future arrivals.
What’s your job?: Explain your profession in a short video or a simple infographic, as if you were presenting it to a 10-year-old.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 “Group Identity” Quests

Your mascot: As a team, find your mascot! Everyone should have one version in their work environment.
A world in color: Define together the colors of your team.
The FashionWeek: Take a group photo (or several individual ones) dressed in the team's colors.

🎉 “Pure Fun” Quests

6.67: Take a photo on the theme “Challenge gravity” (Photoshop allowed!).
Skeleton in the closet: As a team, play the game of 2 truths and 1 lie to get to know each other better.
Hollywood: Recreate a cult movie poster as a team… you are the stars!

🤝 “Mixing / Meeting” Quests

Hot drink: Take a coffee/tea break with a randomly designated colleague, either virtually or in person.
Hobbies: Take a picture of yourself in action practicing your hobby or passion.

🌱 “Green” Quests

Gretta is happy: Perform a small action for the environment and share it with others.

🏡 “Physical Environment” Quests

It’s clean: Clean up your workspace and provide before/after photos as proof.

🏃 “Sports” Quests

Move move: Engage in a physical activity of your choice: team sports, yoga, dance, walking… as long as you get your blood circulating, it’s validated!

🌍 “CSR” Quests

What does CSR mean to you?
Solo: Make a short video to share your vision of CSR. How do you understand it? What does it mean for you in your professional or personal daily life?
Inspirational case
In teams: Choose a specific example of a CSR initiative (company, association, locality…) and create a presentation to inspire other colleagues. Free format: slideshow, video, poster...

Each FeelGoodFellows experience is a precise assembly of quests, designed to guide collaborators in a collective dynamic tailored to your challenges:
