Knowing yourself better, understanding others, and discovering the strength of a group: that’s the goal of this challenge.
Through a series of fun, introspective, and collaborative challenges, participants explore their way of thinking, communicating, reacting, and interacting. Some challenges invite reflection on oneself, while others encourage observing, listening to, and discovering team members from a new perspective.
Gradually, everyone becomes aware of an essential thing: a collective works thanks to the uniqueness of its members. Qualities, ideas, personalities, talents, visions... everything can become a richness when we learn to recognize and value them.
This challenge allows you to:
- better understand your own functioning
- discover the strengths of others
- develop listening and trust
- concretely experience what a collective dynamic is

Your Tribe Name
Determine your team name! Write it down neatly on a board, a poster, or something else you can carry with you. Take the opportunity to change your team name on the platform. Note: Complete this quest early in the experience, as it will be needed for other challenges.

Find your team mascot! The goal is for the team to have a representation with them. A plush toy, a pencil holder, a pin... make your choice. Note: Complete this quest early in the experience, as it will be needed for other challenges.
