This challenge was designed for one essential thing: to team up.
Here, the challenges are tackled together. In small groups, participants collaborate, share, reflect, and act hand in hand. The goal is not individual performance, but the time spent together, the discussions, the shared decisions, and the experiences lived together.
As the challenges unfold, everyone gets to know each other better: their ways of thinking, communicating, reacting, and taking initiative... Each person's strengths are discovered, learning to trust each other, to listen, and to move in the same direction.
This challenge creates a simple and playful framework to:
- strengthen group cohesion
- develop mutual trust
- encourage support and cooperation
- lay the foundations for healthy and lasting relationships
Because working (or moving) together becomes much more natural when trust has already been established, this challenge is a true starting point for building a positive collective dynamic, whether in a professional, associative, or any other common project.

Take a photo of the whole team in selfie mode: smiles, coordinated gestures (thumbs up, peace) or a common color.
Living Emoji
As a team, take a photo where everyone mimics a famous emoji with their face.
