What if speaking with ease became a game? This challenge offers a series of exercises inspired by improvisational theater, specially designed to help participants gain confidence in speaking while having fun. Through progressive challenges, everyone is invited to express themselves, react, invent, bounce back... and above all, dare to take the plunge. As they go through the exercises, participants explore different key skills: - speak fluently - manage the gaze of others - improvise without preparation - structure their ideas quickly - speak with assurance Some challenges are experienced like mini-scenes, others like games of imagination or spontaneity. No experience needed: everything is designed to create a supportive environment where we learn by testing, laughing and progressing. The goal is not to become an actor, but to leave with something valuable: more ease, more confidence, and the pleasure of expressing oneself freely. Half Hidden
Take several photos: each time, one of your team members hides half of their face (left or right, top or bottom) with a sheet, while expressing an emotion written clearly on the sheet. The goal: to see which part of the face helps to detect the chosen emotion.
Have Trust
Take two photos of a team member as if they were in an interview: one where they inspire maximum trust in their interlocutor, and the other where they give the opposite effect.
Emotional Rollercoaster
Play a scene in pairs where the main emotion changes every 5 seconds (joy, anger, fear, etc.).
