At FeelGoodFellows, our goal is, through gamification, to help teams strengthen their bonds, create new dynamics, and generate memories that will last long after the event. Recently, the Information Systems Department (DSI) of one of our clients gave us a wonderful validation of our work by awarding us... a diploma! Designed specially for us, this certificate thanks us for our "exceptional performance, engagement, and creativity" during their three-week experience that brought together 80 collaborators. This recognition, unexpected but deeply rewarding, is a true milestone for us. 🚀 ✨

This diploma crowns the success of our DNA experience, a solution designed to enhance cohesion and promote unique connections among collaborators as well as our support of the company before and throughout the experience.

The DNA Experience: a journey to create teams with a strong identity and enhance cohesion within the entire organization

In this experience, each participant immerses themselves in a series of challenges either solo or as a team, leading them to discover themselves in new ways and to interact with their colleagues in an intense, playful, and creative manner. For the DSI, the objective was to go beyond usual exchanges by forming mixed and random teams, where each person was invited to meet individuals outside their usual scope, thereby fostering interactions with colleagues of varying skills and roles.

From the launch, employees of the DSI, divided into random teams, elected a captain for their group and collectively defined values, colors, and symbols unique to their team. This process allowed collaborators who had sometimes never worked together to come together. Very quickly, they committed to giving a unique identity to their team, which they then strengthened by participating in various thematic quests.

Each quest represented a collective challenge: ideas had to be proposed, solutions found, and effective organization established to progress. Creativity flourished, and the collaborators enjoyed developing increasingly daring and imaginative strategies as the experience advanced. This format, stimulating both participation and collaboration, helped create lasting memories and unprecedented bonds.

After three weeks, over 1000 actions had been completed and published on the platform, and over 90% of the department's players actively participated in the experience! Now it's your turn to compare these figures with the participation and engagement rates of classic team buildings. 😉

Getting to know colleagues differently

The DSI has 80 people, and as is often the case in this type of structure, employees are primarily connected with colleagues close to their positions. This experience allowed them to go beyond these limited interactions by providing opportunities to get to know each other in new ways, beyond professional roles.

Over the weeks, they learned to discover each other from new angles, sharing common values and facing challenges together. By initiating this dynamic of playful and collaborative competition, we enabled participants to build shared memories that enrich their professional lives. Friendships and affinities were woven, and we are convinced that they will endure well beyond this experience.

A recognition that touches us

This diploma, offered by the DSI's main points of contact, David Zolla and Karine Pascalet, highlights the work accomplished with FeelGoodFellows and particularly touches us. The recognition of this experience, carried by the participants and those who worked to make it possible, confirms for us that our approach can truly impact team dynamics. For FeelGoodFellows, this is validation of the foundational work we put into each of our experiences to go well beyond simple team building.

We continue to enrich our offering and innovate, always with this goal in mind: to transform interactions among colleagues into opportunities for discovery, collaboration, and authentic sharing.

We hope to see more and more strong memories and bonds created through our future experiences!
