- Foster cohesion and initial interactions among students in the same cohort.
- Help students discover and familiarize themselves with the campus and its resources.
- Encourage exchanges with teaching staff and students already integrated.
- Create shared memories and a group identity from the start of the year.
- Develop collaboration, mutual support, and collective thinking.
- Exploring the campus and discovering places they haven’t seen yet.
- Participating in fun team challenges, cooperating, and laughing together.
- Meeting and interacting with staff and students who are already part of the campus community.
- Completing memorable photo and video challenges.
- Debriefing and sharing their achievements to create collective memories.
Students take part in a collaborative photo & video competition, where both speed and quality are key to completing all challenges successfully.
The number of challenges is intentionally limited to give students enough time to complete all tasks, so they must stand out by being both imaginative and fast. Each challenge is an opportunity to discover the campus, its resources, and its people while strengthening bonds between participants.
The experience begins with a brief platform introduction and explanation (around 15 minutes).
Teams then dive into the competition and complete various challenges:
- Explore the campus and familiarize themselves with available spaces and tools.
- Meet teaching staff and ask questions about the school.
- Interact with already-integrated students to learn about their experiences.
- Complete collaborative and creative challenges to build connections and create memories.
Meanwhile, organizers/judges evaluate submissions via the platform, award points, and track team progress.
The experience concludes with a group debrief (45 minutes or more) to discuss discoveries, highlight key moments, and share each team’s achievements.
- Rapid and strong cohesion from the start of the year.
- Better knowledge of the campus, its resources, and its community.
- Creation of shared memories and a group identity.
- Development of cooperation, mutual support, and teamwork.
- A fun and immersive experience that leaves a lasting impact on the cohort.
This experience is ideal for:
- All new cohorts arriving on campus.
- Schools and universities looking to organize a welcome or team-building day.
- Groups wanting to explore the campus and meet key people while building connections from day one.
