The number of challenges deliberately exceeds the available time to encourage teams to choose, prioritize, and cooperate. Each challenge is an opportunity to reflect on social engagement, emotional communication, and the concrete impact of their actions in the city.
After a brief introduction and platform connection (about 15 minutes), teams begin the competition.
They explore the city to:
- Meet local associations and charitable initiatives.
- Observe and analyze the social impact of these actions.
- Complete creative challenges to convey a message or raise public awareness.
- Share emotions and communicate about real situations via photos and videos.
Meanwhile, organizers/judges evaluate submissions in real time, awarding points and guiding teams.
The experience concludes with a group debrief (45 minutes or more) to discuss discoveries, creative approaches, and lessons related to social engagement and responsible management.
