This experience is based on a FeelGoodFellows photo & video challenge, where students are divided into teams and must complete as many challenges as possible within a limited timeframe.
Challenges cover the full application journey: preparing tools (CV, pitch, cover letter), interview posture, oral fluency, and stress management.
The number of challenges deliberately exceeds the available time to encourage decision-making, strategy, and collaboration.
The experience is short and intensive, ideal for a half-day session, particularly as a conclusion to a Career Support module.
It begins with a brief introduction and platform tutorial (about 15 minutes), allowing students to understand the challenge structure and rules.
Teams then have 2–3 hours to complete as many tasks as possible from over 50 varied challenges:
- Application-focused challenges (CV, elevator pitch, personal branding, understanding recruitment tools).
- Interview simulations and role-playing scenarios.
- Reflection and self-assessment exercises.
- Stress management, relaxation, and oral confidence activities.
- Improvisation-inspired exercises.
Submissions are made directly on the platform via photos or videos, promoting engagement and learning by doing.
The experience concludes with a group debrief (45 minutes or more), essential for analyzing achievements, sharing feedback, drawing lessons, and connecting experiences to learning objectives.
- Students feel more confident in applications and interviews.
- Better understanding of professional expectations.
- Visible progress in oral fluency.
- High engagement and participation from the entire group.
- Concrete skills and learnings that can be applied immediately.
This experience is designed for higher education students of all levels, regardless of field or career goals.
It is particularly suitable for:
- Final-year students (Bachelor’s or Master’s) seeking internships, work-study positions, or their first job.
- Cohorts completing a career support, employability, or soft skills module.
- Groups needing to gain oral confidence, prepare for interviews, and recognize their strengths.
The format works equally well:
- As a dedicated half-day session.
- As a closing session for a career module.
- During a themed employability day.
